To get the cost of shipping your order, simply start the checkout process. Once your address has been entered into the right places, our system will automatically display which methods are available to you, and their costs of shipping to your location. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Bocopo is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, Bocopo is not responsible for the delivery of that package. If the order does not make it to your destination due to the error in address, Bocopo is not responsible for a replacement to be mailed. Every USPS package we send out to an eligible destination has a unique Delivery Confirmation number which can be tracked via a link in your shipping confirmation email or by entering the number on the USPS website. However, Delivery Confirmation numbers for international packages (outside of the US) are not reliably updated by USPS once they leave the U.S., so we class it as un-trackable. As such, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Although we cannot guarantee exact delivery times with the United States Postal Service (unlike using the more expensive FedEx or UPS), for the price they're a great option. Typical delivery times for packages sent via USPS First-Class and Priority are: Domestic orders (Within U.S.) take 5-7 days to arrive. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES: ePacket with tracking: 3 weeks USPS First Class International Mail: 3 weeks IPA International Airmail: 4-5 weeks You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, and Bocopo has no way to mitigate these.
Once orders have left our warehouse, Bocopo cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a refund, the cost of your return shipping will not be included in your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Any non-regular priced items purchased on sale (including via gift cards/discounts codes, value bundles and promotional offers) are not eligible for refunds. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we're no longer able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible within that time, your item must be unused/unopened, in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.
